Overview As a Training & Education Specialist in Medtronic’s Aortic Education team, you design and deliver education for healthcare professionals to improve endovascular knowledge and team-based practice. You work regionally across the Mediterranean and Western Europe, coordinating programs with cross-functional teams and external faculty. You’ll support education on Medtronic aortic therapies and translate program insights into improvements. This role combines field execution with regional planning, offering meaningful impact on patient outcomes and healthcare education.

Responsabilità
Coordinate and deliver education programs, workshops, webinars and blended learning across the Mediterranean Cluster and Western Europe Manage end-to-end program preparation including needs assessment, planning, faculty coordination, participant communication, logistics and compliance Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Compliance to align activities with business, quality and regulatory requirements Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, external faculty,
training centers and internal stakeholders across countries Support education related to Medtronic aortic therapies (Endurant Stent Graft System, Valiant Captivia delivery system) Monitor participation, learning outcomes and program data, translating insights into improvements Contribute to regional congress activities, content development, budget tracking and strategic Medical Education projects
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, biomedical engineering, education, business or related discipline, or equivalent experience Experience in medical or clinical education, professional training or healthcare event management Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple programs and deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; comfortable working across countries and cultures Experience working with healthcare professionals and understanding of compliance for healthcare professional engagement Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Mediterranean Cluster (and occasional Western Europe) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools collaboration communication stakeholder management Microsoft 365 digital collaboration tools project management and event coordination
