Responsabilità
Lead the Multidisciplinary Culinary Category Team to develop and execute the regional Category plan Define initiatives, tactics and resources to grow and defend the Culinary business in Europe Coordinate alignment and rollout of Category actions with sales and technical teams Monitor monthly execution,
track financials, opportunity pipeline and milestones Collect industry insights from stakeholders and shape actions to support growth Support key customer engagements and contribute to marketing content aligned with business goals
Requisiti fondamentali
10+ years of business experience in marketing, sales or business development in B2C or B2B, preferably in Culinary Strong communication, listening, analytical and influencing skills Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources and translate into strategy Proven leadership and ability to work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams Strong project management across strategy to execution Fluent English written and spoken; other languages a plus; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency strong communication influencing skills collaboration PowerPoint Excel data analysis/interpretation
