Overview As a Supply Planner, you own the end-to-end supply process for internal suppliers, ensuring accurate orders, appropriate supply parameters, and robust service levels and stock coverage. You will manage S/4 workflows, coordinate with IT and business users to fix issues and improve planning effectiveness, and support cross-functional teams to meet performance targets. You’ll align with Marketing on project timelines and obsolescence communications, and deliver a weekly report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues. This role sits at the heart of our European Plan & Deliver CoE, shaping reliable product availability across markets.

Responsabilità
Own S/4-related workflows and improve data flows with IT and key users Manage internal and external suppliers' production and delivery plans; maintain POs and ensure continuity Coordinate with Marketing on project timelines and obsolescence communications Support local Supply Planning teams on service levels, stock coverage, and critical code communications Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to improve planning accuracy Assist Customer Service, Finance, and Sales on service level and stock coverage Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming issues
Requisiti fondamentali
5 years experience as Supply Planner in FMCG Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field Strong knowledge of SAP HANA (MM and PP modules) Data analysis skills; advanced Excel (Power Query, nested functions); PowerBI and DataLake Basic knowledge of MS Power BI Experience with database tools (e.g., Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube) Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy Professional proficiency in English cross-functional collaboration data-driven decision making problem solving under pressure SAP HANA MM/PP Advanced Excel (Power Query) PowerBI
