Underwrite new and renewal Property business and assess risk for complex cases Communicate risk appetite and value proposition to brokers; negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions Expand broker network, attend broker events, and cultivate new market relationships Collaborate with Distribution, territory managers,
and other underwriters for cross-selling opportunities Provide guidance, mentoring and training to less-experienced underwriters Maintain high standards of customer service to brokers and clients Support brokers in building their networks and professional development
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven underwriting experience with strong Property knowledge Ability to analyze financial statements Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Customer- and sales-oriented mindset: motivated, tenacious, proactive, technically skilled, accountable Interest in mentoring and training if not previously performed communication networking relationship building Property underwriting financial statement analysis risk assessment
