Overview In this Junior Property Risk Consultant role, you support Allianz Risk Consulting in delivering value through loss control and risk assessments for commercial accounts. You will work with underwriters, loss control, and partners to analyze operations, exposures, and control adequacy, and to propose improvement plans. You’ll apply NFPA guidelines and engineering judgment to develop risk management recommendations that improve account quality. The role combines field surveys, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to help clients manage property risk at scale. Responsabilità
Collaborate with underwriters, loss control, claims and partners to support accounts Build and maintain client relationships to promote Allianz improvement solutions Provide concise, high-quality risk assessments including loss expectancies, exposures,
and risk gradings Develop technically grounded risk management recommendations and service plans Apply NFPA and related safety guidelines and local standards Contribute to risk insights and loss mitigation strategies with clients, brokers, and underwriting teams
Requisiti fondamentali
1 to 3 years of engineering/loss prevention survey experience Technical expertise in Property exposure identification and control adequacy Bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, Fire Protection, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred) Excellent communication skills in Italian (native level) and working knowledge of English Business acumen and ability to build client partnerships Team-player attitude and commitment to lifelong learning Willingness to travel for business ability to integrate AI-driven insights into work strong communication team collaboration business acumen Property exposure identification loss prevention surveys risk assessments
