Overview

In this role, you will drive commercial growth for Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore activities in Italy and Monaco. You will lead market expansion for new-building and in-service segments and strengthen relationships with shipowners, shipyards, designers, and key stakeholders. You will shape local commercial strategy, coordinate with regional teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration to secure major opportunities. This role offers the chance to influence growth in a critical maritime market and advance wind-related initiatives. You will operate with a strong emphasis on impact, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilità

- Drive growth, development, and execution of Marine & Offshore strategy in Italy/Monaco
- Provide leadership on commercial matters to stakeholders and internal teams
- Coordinate with Area/Region teams to support local business development
- Identify and develop opportunities; formulate local strategies for Marine & Offshore wind




- Build and maintain relationships with Clients and Prospects
- Lead pursuit and contracting of large Marine & Offshore opportunities
- Ensure collaboration between Industry & Facilities and Marine & Offshore stakeholders for effective sales
- Ensure compliance with group and department commercial guidelines

Requisiti fondamentali

- Salesforce CRM experience in a structured sales environment
- Degree in engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent
- 10+ years in marine industry, with 5+ years in commercial/managerial roles
- Strong commercial, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders
