Overview
In this role you act as the face of BSI, helping clients improve performance by auditing their management systems against BSI standards. You prepare and present assessment reports and guide corrective actions. You conduct third-party audits and advise on certification decisions. You build strong client relationships and support business development while collaborating with internal teams. You will travel as needed, with base in the Milan area.
Responsabilità
- Prepare assessment reports and present results to clients, advising on corrective actions
- Undertake management system assessments in accordance with BSI requirements
- Recommend issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates per policy
- Maintain continuity and strong relationships with clients and within the team
- Provide accurate,
timely information to supporting departments and keep records up to date
- Establish partnerships to secure business relationships and opportunities for development and satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentali
- Third-party audit experience (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) with audit logs
- LAC (lead auditor course) for QMS EMS OHSAS
- Industry experience (min 2-3 years) in the required sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willing to travel
- Available from March 2026
