ppbIdentis /bis a global leader in the design, development, and production of advanced technological systems for financial card and secure government ID card personalization. /ppThrough innovative hardware, software, and service solutions, we support banking institutions, government organizations, and businesses worldwide, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, security, and precision. /ph3About the Role /h3pIdentis/Matica is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bProduct Specialist /b to support the Product Management team in the execution and maintenance of product-related processes across hardware, consumables, spare parts, laminates, and customized customer solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the end-to-end hologram/laminate generation process for customer-specific projects. /liliSupport the creation and management of custom activation labels. /liliCoordinate the development and manufacture of custom embossing character sets, particularly for metal plate embosser projects. /liliSupport passport printer quotation activities and product configuration requirements. /liliCreate and maintain ribbon part numbers and identification tags. /liliSupport ribbon encoding activities and related code management.
/liliMaintain spare parts pricing information and support updates of Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL). /liliCollaborate with Technical Support, RD, and TCC teams to ensure spare parts information remains accurate and up to date. /liliDefine and manage part numbers (P/Ns) for products and configurations. /liliSupport the insertion and maintenance of spare part codes in SAP. /liliPrepare pricing and quotations for products not included in the standard price book. /li /ulh3Qualifications Required /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /liliStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. /liliGood analytical and organizational skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /liliExperience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or willingness to learn quickly. /liliGood communication skills in English. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ulliExperience in manufacturing, industrial products, hardware, consumables, or technical product environments. /liliUnderstanding of quoting, pricing, or commercial support processes. /liliBasic knowledge of technical documentation, certifications, or regulatory documentation. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
