Overview
You will lead the Finance department at Zeeco’s Italian HQ, guiding financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic budgeting to support senior management. In this role you will partner with the Managing Director and CFO to provide financial insight and drive improvements across European entities. You will oversee audits, cash flow forecasting, and the development of robust financial systems, enabling informed decision‑making in a dynamic, international environment. You will help shape financial processes and participate in special projects that enhance efficiency and accuracy. This is a hands‑on role for a senior finance professional who wants to impact growth and financial discipline.

Responsabilità
- Management of the Finance department and its operations
- Production and review of financial statements for European entities
- Project revenue recognition by Percentage of Completion (POC)
- Ensure statutory and tax compliance
- Financial analysis and commentary
- Review business performance with executive and senior management
- Production of annual budgets
- Manage financial audits
- Manage relationships with banks,
external consultants and outsourced service providers
- Cashflow forecasting and reporting, including foreign exchange risk
- Implementation, development and maintenance of financial systems and tools
- Review financial processes and implement improvement plans
- Deliver on special projects as required
Requisiti fondamentali
- Accounting qualification or degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar finance management role
- Experience implementing financial or ERP software
- Experience using Sage is desirable
- Experience in Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations
- IT literate (Microsoft Office), with Excellent Excel skills
- Leadership or management experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Confident and assertive
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and highly dependable
- Good organisation, time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
