ppAs part of the Supply Chain team at Poltrona Frau in Motion, the position contributes to the delivery of unique and highly sophisticated interior solutions for luxury automobiles, premium-class airline cabins, and yachts. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of supplies and materials /li liReview and analyze data and flows to determine potential issues and suggest solutions /li liConduct research on new technologies related to shipping or logistics to identify potential applications within the company's operations /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the company maintains high levels of service over time /li liReview current operations to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, including implementing new technologies and logistic innovations /li liEnsure that all materials are available where and when they are needed, in compliance with safety regulations /li liDevelop and implement plans for the transportation of materials from one location to another /li liAnalyze customer order schedules, scheduling production and shipments to the customer within the correct delivery times and maintaining a high level of service /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering /li liAt least two years of experience in similar positions /li liFluent English /li liKnowledge of techniques, tools,
and methods for analyzing data from production systems and material flows /li liKnowledge of different types of material sourcing from suppliers and within the production plant /li liKnowledge of techniques and tools necessary to control processes, identify risk factors, and related development and implementation of solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing the risk level /li liKnowledge of the MS Office tools, particularly Excel /li liKnowledge of applications for logistics/warehouse management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics FO /li /ul h3Skills and Abilities /h3 ul liRelational and communication skills /li liExternal customer orientation /li liData analysis skills /li liAbility to evaluate new equipment and technological innovations /li liAbility to work by objectives /li liFlexibility, availability, proactiveness, and stress tolerance /li /ul h3Location /h3 pTolentino (MC) with willingness to travel. /p h3Conditions /h3 pThe position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of € in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement.
