As Maintenance Manager in Scandicci, you lead a high-performance maintenance function, driving improvements through people development and TPM-driven processes. You will guide a technicians team, ensure regulatory and operational compliance, and align maintenance activities with the plant’s goals and McCormick’s mission. You’ll tackle reliability, safety, and energy management challenges in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a team of technicians, applying coaching and performance feedback.
- Drive improvement initiatives using TPM tools to enhance processes and problem-solving.
- Direct daily management to prioritize work and achieve safety, quality, cost, reliability, and customer service goals.
- Ensure 100% compliance with operational processes and procedures.
- Communicate across levels and align team vision with Plant and McCormick objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Area Supervisors and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Relevant technical experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Full supervisory responsibility for a team
- Proven project management experience and ability to complete complex projects
- Facility management experience including HVAC systems and energy management
- Solid understanding of maintenance integration with other operational areas
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of ATEX regulations is a strong advantage
