SALES ASSISTANT TEMPO PARZIALE 24 H ROME
As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.
YOUR TASKS:
- Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele,
adopting a customer centric approach.
- Engaging new customers for our customer retention program and attracting them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns
- Merchandise management
- Arranging the store and creating an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions.
- Processing information via MS Office
YOUR PROFILE:
- 2-4 years of relevant retail experience
- Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends
- Understanding of retail KPIs
- Strong sales skills
- Willing to work flexibly
- Reliable, even in stressful situations
- Proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English is mandatory. xysqume Any other language is a plus.
