E-Coat Business Development Manager will drive regional growth of the next-generation E-Coat platform in Europe. Responsabilità
- Develop and drive E-Coat opportunities across Europe and lead commercial development of the E-Coat projects
- Manage country-by-country customer opportunity pipeline in alignment with Country, Business, and Segment Managers
- Contribute to developing and executing a strategic plan with profitability focus; plan required resources
- Coordinate commercial activities with technical, laboratory, and suppliers to execute plans and meet P&L; targets
- Define pricing strategies aligned with company targets
- Support prioritization of R&D; and Technical Service activities
- Identify needs for technical documentation, marketing materials, and commercial communication
- Ensure timely availability of resources within cost assumptions
- Lead execution of the plan and ensure cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe for customer visits, trade fairs, and conferences
- Manage relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to drive growth
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the coatings industry
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience leading growth or customer development projects with measurable results
- Experience navigating complex working environments, including cross-functional collaboration
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Italian and English languages
- Ability to operate effectively in a multinational, multicultural, matrix organization with ambitious growth objectives
- Strong teamwork capabilities including influence with non-direct reports
- Proactive mindset with passion for business development and growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
