ppKoonei is looking for an A-Player Creative Strategist who understands content at a deep level and can transform performance data into high-converting ad creative. We aren't looking for a general marketer, copywriter, or video editor. We need a dedicated creative mind who understands the psychology of video Ads, knows how to analyze performance metrics, and can systematically direct the full creative lifecycle to drive revenue. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libCreative Lifecycle Management: /b Lead the full end-to-end creative process: ideation, briefing creators/editors, post-launch data analysis, and iterative testing. /li libDirect-Response Scripting Concepting: /b Develop strong, high-converting messaging angles, thumb-stopping hooks, and persuasive scripts tailored for paid social (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta). /li libData-Driven Iteration: /b Read, analyze, and translate creative performance metrics into action. Identify why an ad won or lost (e.g., analyzing why drop-off happens at 3 seconds) and decide what variation to test next. /li libProduction Briefing: /b Build clear,
highly structured briefs for visual editors and content creators to ensure concepts are executed accurately and efficiently. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libDeep Mastery of Short-Form Content: /b Native understanding of platform trends, consumer psychology, and what drives users to stop scrolling, engage, and convert. /li libMetric Fluency: /b Mastery of core ad metrics, including Thumb-Stop Rate, Hold Rate, Average Video View Duration, CTR, and CPA. /li libTrack Record of Scale: /b Proven experience designing high-volume winning ads for direct-to-consumer (DTC) or performance marketing brands. /li libClear Communication: /b Ability to bridge the gap between media buyers, video editors, and content creators. /li libSalary: /b Competitive Uncapped.
