As ERP Manager, you will govern and optimize Technogym’s ERP landscape within a global IT team. You’ll align business processes with corporate goals, leading ERP initiatives end-to-end and driving data quality, security, and compliance. You collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales, and IT to deliver scalable ERP solutions and continuous improvement. This role offers impact across international operations and a chance to shape how we run the business.

Responsabilità
- Lead the full ERP lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-go-live support
- Manage ERP projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions with stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance for ERP
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement within ERP
- Oversee upgrades, releases, and system enhancements
- Develop user adoption and training programs
- Coordinate internal resources, external consultants,
and software vendors
- Monitor ERP performance and identify efficiency opportunities
- Maintain functional and technical documentation and reporting tools
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience managing enterprise ERP platforms in complex international environments
- >10 years of ERP implementation or transformation leadership
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics processes
- Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
- Knowledge of ERP architectures and business process integration
- Understanding of data governance, security, and application lifecycle management
- Experience with project management methodologies and change management
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective system solutions
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools
