Overview
As a Backend Software Engineer in the Consumer Growth Team, you design and build scalable features that drive user growth in digital payments. You own the end-to-end lifecycle from design to production, ensuring robustness and scalability. You will work on onboarding, verification, security flows, and CRM-driven journeys, leveraging a modern AWS-based stack and AI-assisted coding. You help accelerate activation, engagement, and monetization while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end feature lifecycles from design to production release
- Build and optimize high-reliability onboarding, verification, and security flows
- Develop backend services for shop discovery, transactions, and personalized user journeys through CRM integrations
- Contribute to Plus subscription plans, referrals, and loyalty mechanisms
- Manage AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and evolve microservices
- Produce technical documentation and collaborate with Product and Stakeholders
- Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis to improve system health
- Leverage AI tools to speed up coding, analysis, and documentation
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years as a Backend Engineer
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Cloud experience with AWS (premio)
- Performance-focused mindset and user experience awareness
- Reliable documentation and maintainable code
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Fluent in English and fintech/startup enthusiasm
