Overview

As a Quality Laboratory Specialist, you will lead product validation and testing to ensure top-tier quality and reliability. You’ll work closely with R&D and Quality teams to validate methods and document results. Your role drives traceable testing and continuous improvement of lab processes in a manufacturing environment. You’ll apply metrology expertise to shape robust product performance and support safe, high-quality solutions for users worldwide. You will help sustain Technogym’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsabilità

- Manage, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation (e.g., CMM machines, dynamometers, climatic chambers)
- Perform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products according to control plans and technical specifications
- Develop and validate new test methodologies to support R&D; and new product introduction
- Analyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure documentation traceability




- Provide technical and analytical support to Quality Engineers during root cause analysis investigations
- Isolate, characterize, and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment
- Excellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers)
- Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T;
- Hands-on experience with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness), material analysis, and durability tests
- Knowledge of major international testing standards (ISO, ASTM)
- Good comprehension of technical English
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
