ppWe are looking for an organized, proactive, and hands‑on bOffice Manager /b to oversee the daily operations of our Italy office and ensure a professional, efficient, and well‑functioning workplace. /p pThe ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, facilities management, supplier coordination, employee support, and general administrative activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Office Facilities Management /h3 ul liManage the day‑to‑day operations of the Italy office and ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment. /li liCoordinate office facilities, maintenance, utilities, office supplies, equipment, and other workplace services. /li liManage relationships with landlords, property management companies, and external service providers. /li liIdentify and resolve office‑related issues in a timely and cost‑effective manner. /li liMonitor office‑related expenses and support budget management. /li liManage contracts and relationships with office service providers, including cleaning, security, maintenance, telecommunications, and other vendors. /li liCollect and review invoices and coordinate with Finance for payment processing. /li liSupport procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other administrative requirements. /li liMaintain accurate records of office contracts, assets, and administrative documentation. /li /ul h3Employee Support /h3 ul liProvide day‑to‑day administrative support to employees in the Italy office. /li liSupport onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including workspace preparation, equipment, access cards, and other administrative arrangements.



/li liCoordinate employee business travel, accommodation, and other related arrangements when required. /li liSupport employee activities, internal events, and office engagement initiatives. /li /ul h3General Administration Compliance /h3 ul liMaintain office policies, procedures, and administrative records. /li liCoordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other internal teams on local administrative matters. /li liSupport local compliance‑related and government administrative activities when required. /li liHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. /li liPerform other administrative duties and projects assigned by management. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. /li lib3+ years of experience /b in Office Management, Administration, Facilities Management, or a similar role. /li liStrong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, suppliers, and external partners. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach. /li liGood command of bItalian and English /b, both written and spoken. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. /li liExperience working in an international company or multicultural environment is a plus. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAn international and collaborative working environment. /li liThe opportunity to work with a growing global renewable energy company. /li liA dynamic role with broad exposure to office operations and cross‑functional collaboration. /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits package. /li liOpportunities for professional growth and development. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
