YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Support for the project team in planning quality control measures
- Methodical support for the development team in implementing quality control measures (e.g., through FMEA methodology)
- Collaboration in defining and developing the production management plan
- Collaboration in defining specific parameters for testing equipment
- Verification of the actual implementation of quality parameters during the product development phase
- Planning of audits and support in managing identified deviations
- Training the R&D; team on quality control methodologies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in methodologies and tools used to ensure quality processes (including 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control)
- Proficiency in quality control and improvement procedures (e.g., 5S method, Lean Production system, PDCA cycle)
- Knowledge of FMEA methodology is considered an advantage
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge of English and German or Italian
