Overview
In this role you combine technical leadership with project management to deliver engineering projects end-to-end within ABB's Electrification Distribution Solutions. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces with customers, engineering, operations and business stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets. You will monitor risks and drive corrective actions to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. This role offers hybrid work in the Dalmine, Italy area and provides the opportunity to shape resilient power distribution solutions at scale.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, commissioning and service activities
- Plan, coordinate and control project activities to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets
- Interface between customers, engineering,
operations and business stakeholders
- Monitor project risks, opportunities, costs and performance and implement corrective actions
- Manage projects end-to-end balancing technical excellence with delivery and customer satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years in engineering project execution or related industrial environments
- Demonstrated project management experience with planning, risk management, cost control and stakeholder management
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) advantageous
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across organizational levels
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
