Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior MTE Engineer who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production. The role collaborates closely with RD, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products. /li liSupport NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production. /li liDesign, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment. /li liPerform GRR, correlation studies and capability analysis. /li liAnalyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. /li liImprove yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with RD, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues. /li liPrepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports. /li liProvide technical training and support to production teams. /li liDrive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies.
