Sensory & Innovation Intern — Coffee R&D in Turin

Lavazza Group in Turin is seeking a Sensory & Innovation Intern to join the Sensory & Shelf Life Team within the R&D; Department. You will support sensory analysis activities, manage tasting sessions, prepare samples, and process data to deepen coffee understanding from a sensory and innovation perspective.
You will be part of a six-month full-time internship starting October 2026, holding a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology, and fluent in Italian and English.
