Arkage is looking for a Visual Designer - Print Expert (Milan) is that you?
What you do on a daily basis
- You will work on multiple brands/projects at the same time, creating graphic materials for retail, packaging, windows, banners, and printed/static materials.
- You will manage several projects in parallel, ensuring quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
- You will collaborate with the creative team on brainstorming, benchmark research, and the development of special campaigns or projects.
- You will interact directly with clients, communicating in English and giving final approvals for materials ready for production.
- You will produce materials that follow the brand guidelines and increase brand visibility and customer perception.
Who you are
- You have mid/senior-level creativity and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are fluent in English, able to communicate directly with clients.
- You can work in a structured team, carrying tasks through to project delivery on schedule.
- You have strong problem-solving skills, able to find quick and creative solutions to various challenges.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Good understanding of color calibration and technical printing standards
- Experience in producing printed materials, including catalogs, magazines, and large-format works
- Excellent command of the English language
- 3+ years of experience in the creative department
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of Figma Basic
- knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience in fashion, design, lifestyle or premium consumer industries
- Exposure to international trade shows or large-scale event environments
- Basic project management skills
- Professional knowledge of Italian
- Lavoro da remoto 3 days per week or more
- Employment or Collaboration Agreement according to the candidate’s profile
- Salary: €27,000–€31,000 gross per year, depending on experience and professional category.
- Salary and professional category commensurate with the candidate's experience
