We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX Designer Specialist to work on a Full-time basis. The role requires designing and refining user experiences for digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Work with product managers and developers to define user flows and interaction patterns.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
