Overview
You will lead operational delivery for assigned jobs and customers, ensuring service excellence and financial performance. In this role you will manage daily health, safety, risk analysis, planning, coordination, and the efficient deployment of technical teams. You will build deep knowledge of customer processes and promote best-in-class service through resource planning and field operations. You will drive KPIs such as revenue, margin and utilization while collaborating with managers to align resources with contracts. Responsabilità
- Lead operational delivery for assigned jobs and customers to meet service and financial targets
- Manage HSE-driven risk analysis, planning, coordination, and field operations administration
- Develop deep understanding of customer processes and tools to achieve objectives
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery via resource planning and deployment
- Own and drive financial KPIs (revenue, margin, profitability, resource utilization, absorption)
- Collaborate with direct manager and service delivery leaders to align resources with contractual obligations
- Monitor field service execution to ensure processes are followed and customer expectations are met
- Track competitor activity and market trends relevant to service growth strategy
- Apply and promote safety policies per Italian D.Lgs. 81/2008
- Prepare and validate work permits (work at height, operating plants, LOTO, PPE) and operating procedures
- Support risk assessments via on-site inspections in coordination with RSPP/HSE Managers
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or HVAC
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing field resources in a service environment
- Strong safety mindset and knowledge of Italian H&S; regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008)
- Assertive, action-oriented leader, results-driven and innovative; able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines
- Fluent in Italian with good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and presentation skills)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs
