Deliver personalized shopping experiences that reflect the brand’s iconic and daring spirit, contributing to defining Dsquared2’s unmistakable identity in the global fashion landscape.LOCATION: Dsquared2 HQ – Via Ceresio, 9 Milano TERMS: 6-month internship (renewable)MONTHLY INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE: € 1.100 grossJOB RESPONSIBILITIESYour mission and roleAs a Merchandising & Coordinator Intern, you will support the team in the coordination and development of collections, working closely with Merchandising, Product, Communication, and Marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the collection and Go-To-Market processes within a dynamic fashion environment.Collection Coordination:Support in managing the collection calendar and preparing materials for internal meetings and presentations.Assist in coordinating collection development activities, including Collection Mood, Graphics, Colors, and other collection elements.Support collection alignment across all categories (RTW, SBA, underwear,
and beachwear).Go-To-Market & Marketing Support:Support in defining and monitoring the Go-To-Market timeline and related activities.Assist the Communication and Marketing teams with product- and collection-related activities, including shootings, lookbooks, and ADV campaigns.Support in monitoring collection performance and preparing sales analysis.Special Projects & Market Analysis:Support the team on special projects, including Collaborations, Limited Editions, Commercial Requests, and Custom Products.Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and fashion industry developments.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on collection-related activities and deadlines.Support daily merchandising activities and contribute to ad hoc projects.PROFILEPrevious experience: previous internship or academic experience in Merchandising, Fashion, Product, or Marketing is a plus.Soft skills: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, proactivity, and a strong team-oriented approach.Languages: fluent in Italian and English is mandatory.IT skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.Passion: we are looking for someone passionate about fashion, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
