InPost is a leading player in the business-to-consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 3000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. We're looking for an Account Operations Specialist (belonging to L68/99) to join the Operations team at InPost Italy.
About your role
Manage partners’ relationships,
being the operational contact person for the whole process, from onboarding to locker installations
Monitor and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date, including partner data, project details, and other key information necessary for operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deployment, and Administration teams to boost communication and workflow, improving both customer experience and internal processes
Provide and analyze performance data, generating regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Provide quality support for your team and partners (escalations, follow-ups, updates)
What you need to succeed
+1 year experience in operations, account management, or similar roles
Strong proactivity and organizational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
