YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE As based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team helping us to coordinate Zegna Su Misura projects and initiatives related to training programs, visual and sales strategy, CVM, communication and others to develop Zegna Su Misura business in a new omnichannel configuration. Su Misura Project Coordinator
Coordinate global Su Misura training projects, ensuring support to G/Local Academies, development and delivery of seasonal and continuous training materials, certification programs and alignment with Head of Academy and Retail Training teams to ensure consistency of practices, content and communication tools
Support Su Misura engagement and community initiatives, managing platform and communication network
Develop the communication strategy of global Su Misura retention programs and contests
Coordinate cross-functional activations with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, CRM/CVM and other key business functions, ensuring seamless implementation of global Su Misura initiatives and projects
Work directly with CVM in the implementation, maintenance and expansion of Su Misura client database




Act as the key project governance reference for the Su Misura Department, ensuring effective management of timelines, budgets, stakeholders and project execution across strategic global initiatives
WHO YOU ARE You bring at least 4 years of experience in the Luxury Industry
You’re skilled in time and process/project management
You have a strong passion for luxury
You have strong analytical attitude (advanced proficiency in Excel)
You’re known for your strong interpersonal skills, and it shows in how you work with others
You communicate fluently in English (additional language is a plus)
You’re open to travel frequently
WHAT WE OFFER The position provides for a gross annual base salary between: 35,000-40,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
