ppbDainese /b, a global leader in protective equipment and apparel for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is looking for a bLegal Specialist – Contracts Litigation /b. /p pThe ideal candidate will join the Legal Department and play a key role in supporting the business through both bcontract management /b and blitigation management /b, working closely with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and legal advisors. /p h3ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including commercial, marketing, sponsorship, retail, e-commerce, procurement, logistics, operations, RD, IT, finance, and real estate agreements. /li liProvide legal support throughout the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring contractual consistency, compliance with company policies, alignment with business objectives, and mitigation of legal and commercial risks. /li liSupport the management of domestic and international litigation, disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters, coordinating with external counsels and contributing to the definition of legal strategies. /li liCollect, review, and organize relevant documentation, evidence, contractual records, and internal information required for litigation, dispute resolution, pre-litigation assessments, and settlement discussions. /li liMonitor legal proceedings, deadlines, claims, and dispute-related activities, ensuring timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors. /li liCoordinate and liaise with external law firms and advisors, ensuring timely execution of activities, effective management of legal matters, and alignment with the company’s priorities. /li liAdministrative and back-office support for the department, including budget monitoring and verification, organization and maintenance of document archives, management of notarial procedures.
/li /ul h3WE’D LOVE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Law. /li li3–5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with exposure to both contract management and litigation/dispute management. /li liSolid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across different business areas. /li liGood knowledge of civil, commercial, contract, and litigation-related legal matters. /li liExperience in supporting litigation, dispute resolution processes, and coordination with external counsels. /li liStrong understanding of business processes and ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice in both contractual and contentious matters. /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liProactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and international environment. /li /ul h3SALARY RANGE /h3 p5th–6th level under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Textile, Clothing, Fashion Industry. /p pThe final salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience and the alignment of their skills and competencies with the responsibilities and requirements of the role. /p pWe believe in the strength of diversity and the value created when different perspectives come together.
