Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end hiring for Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR, including executive searches. You’ll build proactive pipelines, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and own the offer process to close complex roles. You’ll partner with external recruiters when needed and shape the candidate journey with data-driven insights. This role sits at the core of our growth, helping Satispay attract hard-to-find talent across markets.

Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end recruiting for complex roles across Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR
- Master passive candidate sourcing and build candidate relationships before roles open
- Lead offer management, including compensation discussions and negotiations
- Drive partnerships with Hiring Managers using data-driven communication on pipeline and strategy
- Champion candidate experience through data and feedback to improve the journey
- Manage external partners and executive search firms for specialized recruiting needs
- Contribute to team strategy and cross-functional projects within and beyond TA
- Represent Satispay externally at events and talent markets as an ambassador
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing complex or senior roles
- Experience in Corporate functions recruiting (Legal, Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime, Finance, or HR)
- Executive hiring experience (Director-level or above) with C-suite stakeholder interaction
- Knowledge of regulated/FinTech hiring landscapes (AML, KYC, financial regulation) or ability to map niche markets quickly
- Passive candidate sourcing mastery beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
- Independent offer management and negotiation experience
- Senior-level stakeholder management and ability to manage timelines and quality
- Data-driven recruiting approach including compensation benchmarking and funnel analysis
- International hiring exposure across Europe or multiple markets
- ATS autonomy with reporting experience; Ashby experience is a plus
- Excellent English and Italian (written and spoken)
