Overview
As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead end-to-end supply chain activities for advanced semiconductor projects. Based in Bologna, you’ll build and govern a robust supplier network, manage contracts, and align procurement with project schedules. You’ll optimize costs, improve delivery resilience, and ensure quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Management to enable efficient, sustainable production flows and on-time delivery. This role offers the opportunity to shape the supply chain for critical high-tech programs and drive measurable impact.
Responsabilità
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance
- Lead negotiations for favorable terms on cost, delivery, and quality
- Draft and manage supply contracts
- Identify and qualify new suppliers to enhance flexibility and risk management
- Develop procurement plans aligned with project schedules; monitor material arrivals and shortages
- Expedite critical supplies, coordinate logistics, and oversee assembly activities
- Resolve delays, non-conformities, and cleanroom material issues
- Implement strategies to reduce costs and build a resilient, sustainable supply chain
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Management to align operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Advanced negotiation, contract management, and supplier relations skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and international logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
