AB Mauri is a dynamic global group of yeast and bakery ingredients companies and is part of the listed multinational Associated British Foods plc.Se i requisiti e l'esperienza richiesti per questo lavoro corrispondono alle sue competenze, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente.We are looking for aBusiness Development Managerto join our team in Italy and support the growth of our bakery ingredients business within the industrial and mid-sized customer segment.Working in close partnership with both commercial and technical teams at local and EMEA level, this role offers an excellent career opportunity within a truly international environment at one of Europe’s leading ingredients companies.The successful candidate will be based in Cologne (BS) and will spend a significant proportion of their time travelling to customers and business partners.This is a full-time position.About the roleThe purpose of this role is to lead business growth in the Italian bakery ingredients market by promoting and expanding an innovative, high-quality product portfolio, identifying new business opportunities,
and building strong relationships with key industrial customers.Key responsibilitiesPromote safe working practices and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.Drive business growth in the Italian bakery ingredients market through commercial and technical development activities; Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions in collaboration with commercial and technical teams; Develop strong relationships with key industrial customers and relevant internal stakeholders at local and EMEA level; Contribute to the country technology roadmap and support the implementation of innovation and application projects. xysqume What we are looking forSolid track record in business development, preferably within the bakery ingredients or food ingredients sector; Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation; Good understanding of financial drivers and sound business awareness; Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities; Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; Solid understanding of bakery formulas, baking ingredients and related manufacturing processes and equipment; Working knowledge ofenzymes; Knowledge and experience in flours, improver systems, preservation systems, sourdough and frozen technology.Salary range: 60.000€ - 80.000€
