Overview

As a Data Analyst within Growth & Marketing, you will lead analytics for Finance initiatives, turning data into actionable insights. You’ll build financial analytics, KPI frameworks, and self-service assets to support planning, reporting, and executive decision-making. You will serve as the analytics partner for investor relations and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product. You’ll create impactful dashboards and models and explore AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency. This role offers visibility across leadership and a chance to shape financial strategy at scale.

Responsabilità

- Develop P&L; and cash flow analytics, plan vs. actual monitoring, and KPI frameworks for Finance
- Serve as analytics lead for investor relations, translating performance into data-driven narratives
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product to translate data into recommendations
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate financial insights for self-service and leadership
- Develop monetisation, unit economics, LTV, payback, cost structure,



and revenue driver analytics
- Design AI-assisted workflows to automate anomaly detection and budgeting processes
- Contribute to data layer evolution by designing financial data models and pipelines for a federated data strategy

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in data-related roles (Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI)
- Hands-on experience with Finance, FP&A;, or Controlling functions a strong plus
- Financial data modelling experience with P&L; and cash flow analytics
- Experience with ERP data schemas (e.g., SAP) and transforming financial data for analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Python; Git and notebook-based analytics a plus
- Experience with data modelling and ETL for high-volume financial data
- AI fluency for analytics and ad-hoc analyses; basic to mid-level Claude proficiency a plus
- Strong problem-solving and end-to-end project ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate to senior leaders
- Knowledge of consumer lifecycle metrics and monetisation KPIs (ARPU, CAC, LTV, Payback)
