Overview
As Group Creative Director in Milan, you partner with leadership to drive strategic, creative excellence across integrated campaigns for top national and international clients. You will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact social, digital, and content-driven activations. You will advance the AI-enabled creative workflow and align creative ambition with client business goals. This role offers influence across strategy, production, and client-facing pitches, shaping award-winning work at scale.
Responsabilità
- Supervise end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, video, and branded content channels
- Lead and mentor Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers to maintain quality and continuity
- Align with agency leadership to expand commercial opportunities and pitch to C-suite clients
- Craft and present narrative strategies, brand voice guidelines, and visual language for client engagements
- Drive the Innovation Roadmap by embedding generative AI tools into daily creative workflows
- Collaborate with Strategy, Account Management,
and Production to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee resource management balancing artistic quality with project efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and technology shifts to keep output ahead of the curve
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of creative agency experience in Art Direction, Copywriting, or Creative Director roles
- Strong track record in pitch-winning creativity with client-facing presence
- Expertise in social, digital activations, and branded content over traditional TV formats
- Fluency in Italian and English at business level
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs, audio/voice optimization, and AI concepting platforms
