Overview

As a Manager in Deloitte's Cloud & AI Security team, you’ll guide strategic security initiatives for clients across cloud and AI environments. You will shape service offerings, lead engagements, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver secure architectures and solutions. You’ll combine advisory and technical leadership to elevate client security maturity and business value. This role offers cross-country collaboration, growth opportunities, and a direct impact on client security postures and transformation.

Responsabilità

- Contribute to business development and team growth
- Shape and evolve the Cloud & AI Security service offering
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients and guide security maturity
- Lead and coordinate teams on key engagements
- Manage financial aspects of projects and portfolios





Requisiti fondamentali

- 6+ years in Cybersecurity, preferably in Consulting or Cloud/OEM environments with Cloud Security focus
- Solid knowledge of at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Cloud Security, AI Security, Zero Trust, Network Security, and DevSecOps
- Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships in complex enterprise contexts
- Excellent communication in Italian and English
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving
- Client-oriented mindset with ability to build trusted advisory relationships
- Ability to work independently and in teams; travel within Italy and internationally
