Senior Satellite System Engineer
Cagliari, Sardinia – Permanent Employee, Full-Time, On-site, Relocation Support

In this role, you will shape high-level system architectures and drive complete project lifecycles. Serving as a key leader, you will manage, develop, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You will be the primary interface to internal and external stakeholders, coordinating software development and system integration activities while managing requirements, technical estimates, and risk analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong vertical background in Space, Defence, or Satellite system environments. You will possess solid knowledge of complex system architectures, embedded systems, and requirements management, paired with fluent proficiency in English.

The Role:
- Develop bespoke products for Customer and Program requirements
- Lead and develop a team
- Support the definition and implementation of new methodologies
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Support with technical estimates, risk analysis and resource planning
The Person:
- Experience in Defence or Aerospace industry
- People management experience
- Knowledge of complex architecture
- Experience with embedded and mission-critical environments
- English proficiency
