Overview
In this role you will translate customer electrical requirements into optimized plant concepts, focusing on Electrical Balance of Plant and power-system solutions. You will act as the central technical interface among customers, suppliers, and internal teams, shaping technically sound, competitive offers. You’ll contribute to technical and commercial proposals, support costing and negotiations, and ensure integrated, high-quality plant designs for projects like STATCOMs, synchronous condensers, FACTS, and MV/HV substations. You join a global, cross-functional environment in Schio, Italy, driving early project success and reliable system integration.

Responsabilità
- Read and interpret technical specifications
- Prepare technical and commercial offers and participate in contract negotiations (STATCOM, E-STATCOM, Synchronous Condenser Systems, FACTS, MV/HV substations, and Electrical Balance of Plant)
- Analyze contractual requirements and develop electrical engineering concepts
- Coordinate with international sub-suppliers of electrical power plant equipment (low-, medium-, high-voltage)
- Coordinate the technical offer and manage schedule, quality, and costs in the sales phase
- Ensure fully functional plant delivery aligned with Technical Requirements
- Issue technical inquiries to sub suppliers and fill costing files
- Support Installation Team/Layout/Transport input
- Create Design Templates and technical directives; oversee plant concept and kick-off meetings
- Coordinate plant design with interfaces across system groups; define project standards and documents
- Review system drawings for plant harmonization (SLDs, Consumers List, etc.)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience with electrical systems from low to high voltage (>100 kV)
- Technical education in electrical engineering or equivalent (master’s preferred)
- +5 years in a similar role
- Experience with power systems and transmission/distribution operators
- Fluent in English; other languages desirable
- Customer orientation and strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
- MS Office and Copilot skills; programming desirable
