Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a tempo parziale Tender Operations and Contracts Specialist in Rome (Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days home) for a 6-month contract inside IR35.
The role supports the Tender Office across Italy, Spain and Portugal, coordinating documentation, evaluating tenders and managing bonds.
The candidate will liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers, maintain tender dashboards, and ensure timely tender submissions and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
