Overview
In this role you will design and manage global training programs for Technogym’s technicians and installers, ensuring high-quality, scalable knowledge transfer. You’ll develop comprehensive technical documentation and innovative training solutions, from classroom to digital formats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D; and field services, to align training with product development and service standards. You help elevate Technical Service quality across branches and distributors while driving continuous improvement. Responsabilità
- Design, manage, and monitor global training programs for technicians and installers to ensure consistent knowledge transfer
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials meeting high standards
- Coordinate classroom, on-site, and digital training globally to align with business objectives
- Lead audits and evaluations to meet performance, training, and certification KPIs
- Improve training processes using data, feedback,
and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as Technical Service representative in New Product Development, conveying field needs to R&D;
- Create innovative training solutions including e-learning, webinars, and blended learning
- Enhance service quality through audits and competency development, focusing on second-level support
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical training, product support, or a similar role
- Extensive understanding of the products to train others and provide technical support
- Fluent English; Spanish or French knowledge is a plus
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent planning and time management to organize training programs and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, or related field
