What you will work on
Supporting HR Transformation projects focused on digitalizing and simplifying HR processes

Who We Are Looking For
Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path, degree paths in Law, HR management or similar topics will be considered a plus
Fluency in English and Italian
Previous experiences in legal and/or HR fields will be considered a plus
Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity
Interest in HR, organizational processes and digital innovation
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Attention to detail and structured approach to work
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

6 months paid internship (€1,000 gross monthly reimbursement + meal vouchers)
