Overview In this role you will create first-touch conversations with Italian vacation rental hosts, qualifying interest and scheduling demos with Holidu’s Sales Managers. You will work closely with the Italy Pre-sales team to build trust, tailor messages via scripts, and maintain CRM records for smooth handoffs. You’ll operate in a growth-focused, international environment, with daily feedback and collaboration to hit monthly meeting targets.
This is a hands-on, front-line role that fuels Holidu’s expansion in Italy and showcases your impact on the sales journey.

Responsabilità
- Reach out to hosts by phone to pre-qualify their needs and gauge initial interest
- Create trust and interest around Holidu's offering
- Tailor messages using provided scripts based on customer type
- Achieve monthly targets of scheduled meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM notes for seamless handoffs
- Collaborate with Team Lead and participate in team check-ins and best-practice sharing
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent Italian (native or near-native) and professional English
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation to achieve goals and overcome objections

- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, hospitality, or customer service
