You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development. /p pWork model for the role is: . /p h3Role /h3 pIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liExecuting purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. /li liDesigning and implementing plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets. /li liSupporting in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements. /li liApplying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in your area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
/li liNegotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions. /li liRecommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of plastic and metal categories, including supplier market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and cost drivers. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in similar role. /li liDynamic and proactive individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liYou have strong ability to work in team, to prioritize task, to work with deadline and to manage projects effectively. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: € 48.000,00 /p pVariable Pay: AIP target 5% + Eligible for Company Productivity Premio /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p h3Benefits As Per Policy /h3 pFlexible working hours, hybrid work options,
