Overview
In this role you will lead the Subcontracts team within the Projects – Process and Chemical Group, overseeing subcontractor selection and contract management for complex plant projects. You will influence procurement strategy, prequalification, tendering, and awards across energy, chemical, and petrochemical markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, value-driven EPC subcontracts. This role offers global exposure, hybrid work, and the chance to shape subcontracting practices for major international projects.

Responsabilità
- Define the Project Subcontracting plan and strategy
- Prepare tender documentation and unit price lists tailored to scope
- Lead technical and commercial bid clarifications and negotiations
- Manage bidder shortlisting, bids evaluation, and award recommendations
- Prepare Letters of Award and contract,
and ensure expediting of acceptance
- Support subcontract administration on-site during construction and close-out
- Lead the subcontracting team across one or more projects
- Prequalify Construction Contractors and manage bidder relationships
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 10 years of Subcontracts Selection and Subcontracts Administration experience at site
- Strong leadership with ability to influence and lead teams
- Full knowledge of EPC subcontracting contracting methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Availability to relocate to job-site locations
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Willingness to work on hybrid model and travel as needed
