Responsabilità
- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents across geographies in Italian and English
- Advise on general business law issues spanning contracts, corporate, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigation, and sustainability
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams in meetings
- Fulfill corporate obligations with notaries and authorities and obtain certificates
- Draft letters related to contractual obligations, pre-litigation, and claims
- Manage external lawyers and ensure they have necessary information for accurate advice
- Develop group-wide procedures, matrices, and policies
- Create templates and standards aligned with Group policies
- Support business teams on issues such as IP, competition, and IT laws
- Provide high-quality legal advice across practice areas and act as a trusted business partner
- Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management
- Anticipate and manage legal risks connected to business strategy and operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
Requisiti fondamentali
- Law degree with excellent marks; PhD in Law preferable
- Member in good standing of a European Bar
- 8–10 years’ experience in corporate and contract law
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial matters
- Experience managing external legal counsels
- Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English
- Pragmatic problem-solving approach
- Relational and communication skills with ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of operating effectively in an unstructured, remote-from-support environment
- Process-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
