ppOBR is seeking a Senior Architect with at least 5 years of experience in the development and delivery of complex architectural projects, with strong technical design skills. /ppThe candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of OBR's design approach and contribute to the firm's ongoing architectural research and development. /ppThe ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary Design Team. /ppAdvanced knowledge of Revit/BIM and AutoCAD is required. /ph3Abilities required: /h3ulliself-starter with a proactive attitude; /liliindependent thinker with excellent listening skills; /liliculturally aware and sensitive, with an understanding of architecture as a civic, social, and cultural practice; /lilistrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities; /lilisound problem-solving skills and a resilient mindset; /liliexcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; /lilipositive attitude with the ability to turn challenges into design opportunities; /lilimeticulous,
