The role will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance and the Quality Team to identify, analyze and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. /pulliMonitor quality performance of production lines and analyze quality KPIs (scrap, defects, complaints, PPM, blocked material); /liliManage internal non-conformities and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions; /liliCoordinate and lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and Root Cause Analysis; /liliMaintain and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, Work Instructions,
Inspection Standards and Visual Aids; /liliParticipate in PFMEA activities and support risk analysis reviews and improvement actions; /liliConduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) and support internal, customer and certification audits; /liliDeliver quality training to operators and team leaders, promoting a strong quality culture across the plant; /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce process variability. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliPrevious experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive; /liliKnowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards; /liliGood knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D); /liliExperience with structured problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles; /liliEnglish level B1 or higher; /liliGood command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; /liliFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools; Minitab knowledge is a plus; /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills; /liliProactive attitude, technical leadership and problem-solving mindset; /liliAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a shopfloor environment. /li /ulpbExide offers: /b multinational company context, interesting salary package, company meals service and the opportunity to grow in an international environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
