Overview
As Controlling Specialist you will deliver advanced management reporting and analytics to support top management decisions. You will transform raw data into insightful narratives, build scenario simulations, and upgrade reporting quality to drive faster, more informed actions. You will collaborate with Controllers to align data from multiple areas and contribute to the monthly/quarterly close with KPI tracking. Responsabilità
- Design, build, and maintain advanced management reporting packages and dashboards for CFO and top management
- Develop scenario models and simulations to inform strategic decisions
- Upgrade reporting from standard variance commentary to interpretive models highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support monthly/quarterly closing with consolidated financial reports and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with other Controllers to consolidate data into cross-functional views
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to reporting processes to speed and reliability of insights
- Support Branches in developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A;, management accounting, or business intelligence
- Strong data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting tool development skills
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to build scenario analyses and translate financial data into executive insights
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data warehousing/consolidation tools is a plus
- Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset
