Responsabilità
- Delegate and monitor service tasks, guiding the team to meet objectives and sales targets
- Handle customer complaints promptly to preserve relationships and repeat business
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoices, orders, and inventory tracking
- Audit service delivery to ensure high standards, efficiency, and productivity
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales reps
- Train new employees on company procedures
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards and stay updated on new materials, tools, and processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in electronics
- Italian as primary language; English considered a plus
- 3–4 years of field service experience in automation or related electrical/electronic devices
- Previous management experience advantageous
- Strong industry knowledge with excellent leadership and communication
- Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
