Overview
As an Area Manager in Sephora’s Sales Department, you will drive regional turnover and hit area-specific targets while aligning stores with company policies. You will collaborate closely with HR, Training, and Store Managers to develop talent, ensure operational excellence, and implement the commercial strategy locally. The role combines people leadership, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination to grow the area and enhance the customer experience. You will engage with brands, monitor KPIs, and contribute to Sephora’s community and employer-branding efforts.

Responsabilità
- Achieve area economic targets and improve turnover
- Ensure accurate capital information flow between stores and headquarter
- Guarantee adherence to Group policies on prices, promotions, and communications
- Oversee employees' health and safety, acting as safety authority
- Supervise HR policies across stores in collaboration with the Area HRBP
- Promote store development and manage career paths in partnership with HRBP
- Support Store Managers when needed
- Monitor area targets using management tools; develop plans to meet Group goals
- Adapt National commercial strategy to local area needs
- Coordinate with Training to develop retail staff expertise
- Manage relationships with Brands for commercial activities
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy with Sales Director and team
- Be confident on social media and contribute to Sephora Community
- Act as ambassador in external relations and employer branding events
- Participate in HQ projects across departments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5/7 years of experience as Area Manager in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Results-driven with the ability to lead activities to outcomes
- Excellence orientation
