Join Salesforce as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentforce platform, delivering end-to-end agentic AI solutions for strategic customers. You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and influence product and engineering roadmaps. Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture to production handoff
- Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform (agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration) with enterprise-ready integration patterns
- Manage data lifecycle (model design, processing pipelines, data readiness) across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms
- Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration to maintain deployment health
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track outcomes
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs, prioritizing decisions that must be right the first time
- Codify learnings into reusable patterns and playbooks for the org
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair sessions,
and shared work
- Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering
- Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into actionable agentic solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in AI/cloud/SaaS
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others
- Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex; knowledge of prompt engineering and responsible AI in real contexts
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics with platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs
- Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment on when speed is appropriate
- Mentored technical talent and created reusable assets (frameworks, playbooks, tooling)
- Strong communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives
- Travel to customer sites as needed; business proficiency in Italian and English
